Information regarding the processing of personal data

ADMINISTRATOR

The data will be processed by "1Planet" Ltd. with its registered office in Szczecin at ul. Sienna 9, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Szczecin, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register with KRS number: 000011111, NIP: 8111111111, REGON: 311111111, e-mail: example@example.com (hereinafter: the Administrator).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The data will be processed in order to:

proper use of electronic services provided by the User as part of the website https://jobfest.pl/ (hereinafter: the Website),
automated decision making, including profiling, in order to preserve the current settings, customize the displayed content, store information entered by the User and provide anonymous information to third-party applications.

The scope of processed data may vary depending on the services selected by the User. If the User completes the registration necessary for a given service, the data provided during registration will be processed. These services will include: newsletter service, publication of advertisements, catalogue of companies, etc.

When the User uses the Website, the Administrator processes the User's data such as: IP address, request URL, domain name, device identifier, browser type, browser language, number of clicks, amount of time spent on individual pages, date and time of using the Website, type and operating system version, screen resolution, data collected in server logs, and other similar information.

When using the Website using mobile devices, data may also be processed such as: certain information about a mobile phone or tablet, including mobile device ID (Device ID), user ID (User ID), type and version of the operational program, etc.

DATA RECIPIENTS

The data may be made available to entities to which the Administrator orders the performance of services related to the processing of personal data, as well as entities providing analytical services and opinion polls on the Internet, advertising agencies.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the User, granted in accordance with art. 6 clause 1 letter a) of the Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) of April 27, 2016 (hereinafter: GDPR).

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The data will be processed for an indefinite period, i.e. for the time the Administrator conducts business activity, unless the User withdraws his consent beforehand.

USER’S RIGHTS

The User is entitled to request access to his personal data and to rectify them, delete or limit processing, as well as to withdraw consent to their processing. The User also has the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data - on the principles set out in art. 16 - 21 GDPR.

The user is also entitled to lodge a complaint about the unlawful processing of data - to the supervisory body.

COOKIES, PROFILING INFORMATION, AND OTHER INFORMATION

The administrator uses cookies, i.e. information saved by the Website on the User's computer, which the server can read any time it connects with his computer. The administrator may place cookies to monitor user’s traffic between the Website and the websites cooperating with it.

Due to the storage period, the Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies - temporary files stored on the terminal device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser) and persistent cookies - files stored on the terminal device by time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

In addition, the Administrator is entitled to use cookies on the Website that enable the use of specific services available on the Website, e.g. authentication; cookies used to ensure security; cookies enabling the collection of information on how to use the Website.

In order to provide services by the Administrator, as well as their improvement and analysis, he uses the services and tools of other entities, including:

Google Analytics. The Website uses Google Analytics tools provided by Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA (hereinafter: Google) - an analytical service performed using cookies. The information generated by cookies about the User's use of the Website is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en, are transmitted and stored on a Google server in the USA. The website uses anonymization of IP addresses, which results in earlier shortening of IP addresses of Google users in the Member States of the European Union or in other countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Google uses the obtained information to verify the User's use of the Administrator services, create reports on their functionality, as well as to provide additional services to the Administrator related to the use of digital services or the Internet, in particular Google Analytics reports on services rendered according to demographic criteria and interests. The data transmitted to Google can also be used to: obtain display reports on the Google Display Network; obtain demographic and interest reports in Google Analytics; integrating services that require Google Analytics to collect data for advertising purposes, including the use of advertising identifiers and cookies.
Facebook pixel. The administrator - to measure the effectiveness of Website advertising through the Facebook platform and to optimize ads - uses the Facebook Pixel tool provided by Facebook, Inc. based in the USA (hereinafter: Facebook). The data is used in the following areas: displaying the adverts among the relevant audience; creating ad recipient groups; analyzing the results of ad clicks, using other Facebook advertising tools. The scope of processed information is available at https://www.facebook.com/business/gdpr#faqs, this data is transferred and saved on a Google server in the USA.

The administrator also uses the so-called social plugins for social media like Facebook, Google+ and Twitter. When using these social plugins, personal data may be downloaded through these social media. The social networking site will establish a direct connection to the search engine, which will provide information that the User visited the Administrator from a given IP address or device ID. The administrator, however, is not responsible for the actual scope of data downloaded and transmitted by a social media.
