Information regarding the processing of personal data
ADMINISTRATOR

The data will be processed by "1Planet" Ltd. with its registered office in Szczecin at ul. Sienna 9, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Szczecin, 13th Commercial Department of the National Court Register with KRS number: 000011111, NIP: 8111111111, REGON: 311111111, e-mail: example@example.com (hereinafter: the Administrator).

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The data will be processed in order to send the User a newsletter. The administrator confirms that the newsletter may contain commercial information. When the User uses the Website, the Administrator processes the data provided by the User, particularly his name, surname and e-mail address.

DATA RECIPIENTS

User’s data will be saved in the MailChimp system database and will be stored on a server located in the United States of America (USA). The administrator ensures an adequate level of personal data protection required by European regulations.

The data will also be available to other entities, but only for the purposes referred to above (sending the newsletter). The administrator confirms that the data will not be disclosed to third parties for other purposes.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the User, granted in accordance with art. 6 clause 1 letter a) of the Regulation 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: GDPR).

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

The data will be processed for an indefinite period, i.e. for the time the Administrator conducts business activity, unless the User withdraws his consent beforehand.

USER’S RIGHTS

The User is entitled to request access to his personal data and to rectify them, delete or limit processing, as well as to withdraw consent to their processing. The User also has the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data - on the principles set out in art. 16 - 21 GDPR.

The user is also entitled to lodge a complaint about the unlawful processing of data - to the supervisory body.
